Zirconia ceramic flange is mainly made of zirconia ceramic forming and sintering, with high strength, wear resistance, drop resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, never rust, oxidation resistance, insulation, lubrication and other excellent properties.
The main features of the connection are convenient disassembly, high strength and good sealing performance. When installing ceramic flanges, the two ceramic flanges should be kept parallel as required, and the sealing surface of the ceramic flanges should not be damaged, and it should be cleaned up. Ceramic flanged gasket should be selected according to the design requirements.
Zirconia ceramic flanges are mainly used for the connection of cast iron pipes, hose liners, non-ferrous metal pipes and ceramic flanged valves, etc., from and process equipment and ceramic flanges.
